Mlkyachts ANDREAS L charter a yacht ANDREAS L yacht charter ANDREAS L mlkyacht broker ANDREAS L yacht holidays ANDREAS L super yacht28 - All Inclusive Cruise Packages: Overview of the Companies That Specialize in All Inclusive Packages

On most cruise ships, the basic necessities such as accommodations, entertainment, and standard meals are included in the standard fare. For a lot of passengers, this is enough. For others, however, there is more luxury required. Most cruise line companies offer all inclusive cruise packages that include a variety of extra features and superior accommodation.

With this kind of package, your out of pocket expenses will be minimal. What is included varies from cruise line to cruise line and from ship to ship.

The top cruise lines that specialize in luxurious all inclusive deals are:

• Regent Seven Seas

• Aqua Expeditions

• Crystal Cruises

• SeaDream Yacht Club

• Seabourn

These lines offer packages that include airfare, specialty dining, shore excursions, unlimited premium drinks, and so forth. Crystal Cruises even offers shuttle services to the ports. For guests staying in suites, there are butler and laundry services.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises offer all inclusive cruise packages for destinations like Alaska, the Caribbean, Europe, South America, and Asia/Pacific. Everything – including roundtrip (business class) airfare, pre-cruise hotel package, gratuities, premium wines, and shore excursions at every single port – comes with one of these packages.

Aqua Expeditions is a newer company and specializes in smaller ships that can carry around 30 or fewer passengers. This is a great option if you want to go on a cruise, but don’t like the idea of being around hundreds or thousands of people. A more intimate cruising experience with airport transfers, shore excursions, and wine with every meal is offered through this company.

Cruise Lines That Offer All Inclusive Cruise Packages

Some of the more mainstream cruise lines like Carnival are working to bring better, more affordable services to passengers. For instance, some of their all inclusive packages now include unlimited internet services. Typically, the onboard internet access is available through general ship-wide coverage and internet cafes. As of 2017, there are now faster services and packages to choose from, ranging from a Social Package (unlimited access to Twitter, Facebook, Messenger, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, etc. up to Premium Package, which includes access to all websites, apps, and streaming services like Skype. The speeds can get as much as 3x faster than the standard ship internet speed.

Perhaps the best way to save on all inclusive cruise packages is to build your own. Carefully look over promotional perks and extra-fee packages from the various cruise companies and purchase only what you think you will need when you’re onboard. This strategy will cost more money initially than the standard cruise fare, but you’ll still be saving more money in the long run since you won’t have to pay for a lot of things onboard.

If you want to compare all inclusive cruise packages, cruise websites are the best place to begin your search. These websites works with all of the best cruise companies, airlines, and hotels to bring travelers the best deals possible. With an online coupon, you can save on your next cruise.

Mlkyachts RAMBLE ON ROSE charter a yacht RAMBLE ON ROSE yacht charter RAMBLE ON ROSE mlkyacht broker RAMBLE ON ROSE yacht holidays RAMBLE ON ROSE super yacht10 - Sailing Pointers for Novices

You will surely love sailing since it is a very enthralling leisure pursuit. However, you have to become an expert in maneuvering sailboats. There are several websites and videos that provide tips in sailing for both greenhorns and professionals. The important thing is to learn fundamental techniques so you can cope with different situations.

  • Beginners should opt for tranquil waters where there are few vessels. This will allow you to concentrate and avoid circumstances that may lead to panic. You can even begin training in a contained harbor. The most important are bow and aft which are the front and back portions of the vessel respectively. The rudder is the object under the boat that has the function of steering the craft.
  • Find out the prevailing weather condition and refrain from sailing if the weather is stormy or there are gusty winds. Be sure that you know how to swim.
  • Opt for a small boat complete with safety tools and one that you can control easily. Experts say that you have to be familiar with the flow of the wind and the boom which enhances control of angles and shape of the sail. Study the essential sailing terminologies as well.
  • It is faster to learn sailing if the boat has a single sail and fewer lines. It is also ideal to practice “keeling” over so you will know how to react if it you are faced with the threat of actual capsizing. Practice a lot since this is the only way for you to become a proficient sailor. Capsize intentionally so you will know how to control the sailboat in such situation.
  • There are safety measures that you have to practice before going out to the sea. Make it a point to inform family members that you will be sailing. Do not forget to bring floating implements such as life jackets, drifters and waterproof containers. Check out the latest weather forecast and carry with you ample food and water supplies, appropriate clothes and water-resistant flashlights. It pays to be prepared for all situations.
  • You have to become skilled at controlling the boat. The most competent sailor must be capable of adjusting to different sail settings as well as water and wind conditions. The cardinal rule is that it must be moderately flat if the wind is light or blowing hard. On the other hand, you have to maintain a full sail when the wind is normal.
  • Be careful with your sail boom to avoid unexpected accidents. You should know when the boom is in the process of moving back and forth to avoid being hit or thrown overboard. In sailing terms, the crew and passengers should be aware and respect the boom at all times.
  • Do not hesitate in consulting colleagues or relatives with considerable sailing experience to acquire additional pointers. Be alert when you sail since there are other vessels in open seas. This will help you avoid collisions and other mishaps. Maintain a safe speed at all times.

Mlkyachts CARPE DIEM charter a yacht CARPE DIEM yacht charter CARPE DIEM mlkyacht broker CARPE DIEM yacht holidays CARPE DIEM super yacht13 - Understanding Why Fractional Yacht Ownership Is The Best Way To Own A Yacht

The concept of fractional yacht ownership is not entirely new. If you’re interested in owning a yacht, you may have heard about it one time or another. Fractional Yacht Ownership should not be confused with Timeshare. With fractional ownership, you have equity in the asset and interest which means you are an actual owner or one of the owners in this case unless you decide to purchase 100 % of the asset.

With a timeshare, you buy time or share time with other owners, but you never really own anything which means when your time is up whatever you invested is gone, because you have no equity.
This is why most people and smart money have come to realize the benefits of owning a fraction of the yacht- A great way to own a beautiful asset that you use occasionally without the unnecessary expenses of owning a yacht outright.

A lot of people love to spend time on the water, and yet only a few of them can actually afford a boat on their own. Sometimes it’s not about affordability it’s about actual usage. Daily rentals and charter are good for the occasional traveler. In a co-op yacht ownership, you share the cost of the yacht with others and only use it when you need it, without the hassles of maintenance. Imagine embarking on a trip on your own yacht; complete with all crew members, to spend a few weeks on the sea with family or friends. You can spend your days ‘soaking’ in the amazing coastlines of Cuba and the Bahamas, making small stops to fish or visit the local restaurants. Then, after a few weeks of enjoyment, you disembark and head back to your regular life.

Fractional yacht ownership or yacht share offers you access to a luxurious yacht for a fraction of the cost, this means that you don’t have to worry about the headaches that come with maintenance and servicing. A good management company like Saveene can always take care of that for you.

You can decide to use the yacht only a few weeks in the year, and then leave it for your co-owners to enjoy. After all it’s not good for a vessel to sit for too long without movement. In the meantime, the management company provides upkeep and keeps the yacht travel-ready at all times.
Yacht share is a great alternative if you’re an ocean lover that enjoys exploring waters of the Caribbean or the Mediterranean, but intend on keeping yachting expenses down.

This is a perfect solution if you are smart with your money, but still desire to own a cruiser or a yacht. Equity is shared equally between owners. There is no stress of hiring a charter any time you want to go for a boat trip. All you have to do call your concierge office in advance, and they will schedule the crew, Capt. and your vessel will be ready when you arrive for enjoyment without all the hassles.
Companies such as Saveene provide an exciting concept of yacht ownership at a fraction of the purchase price in comparison to outright yacht ownership.

Many novice yacht owners do not realize the intensity of owning a yacht outright and the stresses that come with the general maintenance and cost. On the other hand those that have owned yachts or own one understand exactly how intense it can get cost wise. A yacht is meant to be enjoyed. The yachting lifestyle can be quite beautiful if its stress free. Realistically most yacht owners do not use their yacht that often yet they still need to pay one hundred percent of the maintenance costs. Here is where the concept of fractional yacht ownership is the smartest way to own a yacht. You have equity on what you use and you pay for what you use yet you still have pride of ownership.

Mlkyachts MEAMINA charter a yacht MEAMINA yacht charter MEAMINA mlkyacht broker MEAMINA yacht holidays MEAMINA super yacht2 - Fiji Is a Tropical Paradise for a Yacht Holiday

If you are looking for a travel destination, one of the most coveted and well known is a little group of islands in the South Pacific known as Fiji. A census showed in 2012 that three-quarters of the people that went to Fiji did so for a vacation, so it is time to see what you are missing out on! Interestingly, of the multitude of islands that make up Fiji, only just over 300 are actually large enough that humans can inhabit, and only about a third of those islands actually are inhabited by humans. In 1970, it became an independent republic from Britain, but for a hundred years previous to their independence, Fiji was actually a Crown Colony.

And, if visiting a tropical paradise isn’t enough, why not do it in style and travel via private yacht? It sounds expensive and time consuming, but it is actually one of the most relaxing, luxurious ways to enjoy a tropical paradise like Fiji. Since there are over 500 inlets in Fiji, there are plenty of ways for your private ship to access the 300 plus islands that are large enough for people to live on. Not only that, but while you are travelling you will be privy to more than 1,500 different species of aquatic life just going between these beautiful islands!

For the more active traveler, there are plenty of activities to indulge on right from your back door on a private yacht. Fantasy Reef is one of the most famous diving venues in the world, and it is right on Waya Island, one of the larger islands in Fiji. Or, if you don’t want to deal with all of that gear, simply go snorkeling – with more than 4,000 miles of reef just under the surface, there are many unbelievable places to go to be exposed to the colorful, breathtaking scenery. And, if you get tired of water sports, never fear, there are still plenty of things to do. For example, the islands are very mountainous because they were formed by volcanic activity that still stirs up every now and again. The highest point is on Mt. Tomanivi at over 4,000 feet, so Fiji is actually a great place to go hiking.

However, if you are looking for a more relaxed vacation, a yacht charter Fiji can accommodate that too. Cruise around to the Blue Lagoon Island or any of the other expansive beaches for the day, and take in the beautiful sights from your lounge chair on the deck of the ship. Relax on the picturesque, sandy beaches that are the image of postcards and paintings.

With a land mass that is slightly less than that of New Jersey in the United States, people don’t travel to Fiji because of the size. What they do travel for is the cultural experience, the scenery, and the sport, and a private yacht will get to you all of those things, no matter what your reason for coming to this tropical paradise.

Mlkyachts MEAMINA charter a yacht MEAMINA yacht charter MEAMINA mlkyacht broker MEAMINA yacht holidays MEAMINA super yacht24 - 8 TIPS To Rent A YACHT

[ad_1]

On a vacation, if you choose to travel by yacht, know that it may offer tons of fun. In fact, it’s going to be an ideal way to unwind after months of the busy schedule. A day on the sea will be an experience that you won’t forget, and yacht renting will make it a lot more special. In this article, we are going to give you a few tips that can help you rent a good yacht.

License

If you have the license and enough experience, you can rent a yacht to become your own captain. In this case, you can organize the necessary details. On the other hand, you may have to hire the services of a captain and crew as well.

Set a Plan

Before you look for a yacht, make sure you plan your journey in advance. Make sure you don’t hurry as this decision involves a lot of expenses. What you need to do is check possible travel dates, the departure place, the period of the trip and the locations you want to visit.

Choose a Company

Make sure you look for a good company. Ideally, you may want to choose a broker based on your plan. If you have a big budget, you can search for a luxury yacht with an experienced captain and crew. On the other hand, if you don’t need the crew, you can consider a bareboat instead.

Port of Departure

For specific search results, you can search for the port of departure as well. You may want to search for yacht websites, boating magazines, and ads. It’s a good idea to get in touch with the port authority, local yacht clubs or harbor master for recommendations.

Visit the Departure Site

It’s better to visit the port of departure in advance. You may find a bulletin board for yacht rentals in addition to free flyers, magazines or papers. These resources will help you compare your options so you can make the right choice.

Yacht Amenities

Make sure you consider the comfort level and amenities offered by the boat. If you are traveling with a group of people, it’s also important to take into account the size of the yacht.

If you and your friends want to relax and sunbathe on the boat, make sure the required services are available onboard. It’s important to know the limitations you have to face as well.

Total Expenses

Don’t forget to figure out the total expenses you have to pay for different yachts. Other things that you may want to consider are the cost of the fuel, insurance coverage, customs, and some other hidden fees.

Food and Drinks

Don’t forget to ask if food and drinks will be offered for free on the yacht. If they are not offered for free, figure out how much they will cost. If you are on a tight budget, you can bring your own food instead. It’s also important to read and follow the terms and conditions of the service provider. You have to be comfortable with them.

So, these are a few tips that you should consider before renting a yacht.

Mlkyachts MEAMINA charter a yacht MEAMINA yacht charter MEAMINA mlkyacht broker MEAMINA yacht holidays MEAMINA super yacht23 - Five-Star Cuisine on a Yacht

[ad_1]

For patrons who frequent Manhattan’s finest restaurants, five-star cuisine is now available on private yacht charters at a comparable price. With resumes rivaling many top chefs, Robert Stecker and Jorge Feliciano of Culinary Visions Catering, based in Long Island, New York, are serving an expanding clientele on the water including celebrities, Fortune 500 executives, politicians and heads of state. Will Smith, Tom Cruise, Donald Trump and Steven Spielberg have all sampled their fare.

Mr. Stecker and Mr. Feliciano began their exploration of non-traditional dining aboard the charter yacht Lexington in downtown Manhattan during the post 9/11 business recovery. They now offer French/American cuisine on over 30 luxury yachts available through Prestige Yacht Charters. The ships depart from marinas and clubs throughout the New York Metro area.

Creative gourmet selections are influenced by the seasons because the chefs hand select each ingredient. They prefer components such as venison, pomegranate and black truffles in the winter; sea bass, cherries and morels in spring; lobster, peaches and watercress in summer; and wild-game birds, butternut squash and white truffles in the fall. The chefs often present their preparations personally on beautifully arranged plates.

The following specialties come highly recommended: butter-poached Maine lobster with roasted wild mushrooms, gnocchi and cucumber blossoms; honey-glazed duck with fig, daikon radish and black currant; and Japanese Kobe filet with seared foie gras, spinach and Pinot Noir sauce.

The recipe for one of their signature dishes, “Crisp Paupiette of Sea Bass with Braised Leeks,” is included below.

After eating their fill, and perhaps enjoying tableside dessert presentations for crème brulée or cherry jubilee, diners can walk off their the meal by strolling along the decks, enjoy panoramic vistas, or just relax under the stars listening to the water gently lapping against the hull. The length of the entire experience is the same as top restaurants, about three hours.

The owner of Prestige Yacht Charters, David Hackert, lets diners choose from a wide variety of “host” ships by viewing interior and exterior profiles on his company’s website. All yachts are climate controlled with enclosed dining areas in case of inclement weather.

Crisp Paupiette of Sea Bass with Braised Leeks and Pinot Noir Reduction

Ingredients (yields 4 servings)

For the Paupiette of Sea Bass:

o 4 sea bass fillets, 7 ounces each, skinless, bones set aside for the sauce

o Salt and freshly ground black pepper

o 3 sprigs of fresh thyme: 1 sprig leaf chopped and 2 sprigs halved for garnish

o 2 very large baking potatoes, peeled

o 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

For the Leeks:

o 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

o 2 leeks, white part only, thinly sliced

o Salt and freshly ground black pepper

For the Sauce:

o 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, for cooking

o 1/2 cup peeled and chopped shallots

o 1/2 cup sliced white mushrooms, caps only

o 1/2 sprig fresh thyme

o 1 cup unsalted chicken stock

o 1 bottle (750 ml) of Pinot Noir or similar red cooking wine

o 1 tablespoon heavy cream

o 8 tablespoons unsalted butter

o Pinch of sugar

o Salt and freshly ground black pepper

o 1 tablespoon minced chives

Preparation

For the Paupiette of Sea Bass:

Make each fillet as rectangular as possible (about 5 inches by 2 inches) by trimming off uneven edges with a sharp knife. Salt and pepper the fillets, and sprinkle them with a teaspoon of chopped thyme.

Using a knife, shape each potato lengthwise by cutting off the rounded outer flesh to form 4 rectangular slices (do not cut off the tips of the potatoes). Using a vegetable slicer or mandolin, cut each potato lengthwise into very thin, long slices. Each potato should yield about 16 slices (8 slices are needed to wrap 1 fish fillet). Do not rinse the potato slices as their starch will help the wrapped slices stick together. Toss the potato slices in 1 tablespoon of melted butter, and add a pinch of salt.

Place a 10-inch square piece of parchment paper on the counter. Choose 8 potato slices of approximately the same length. Place a fillet of fish horizontally at the top of the parchment paper so you can match the length of the potato wrap to the length of the fish. Place the first slice of potato perpendicular to the fish, starting on the left side. Place a second slice overlapping the first one by about 3/8 inch from the left edge. Continue overlapping the potato slices until you have covered an area equal to the length of the fillet of fish.

Center the fish horizontally in the middle of the potato wrap, and fold the edges of the potatoes over the fish to enclose it entirely. Repeat the same process for the remaining fillets and refrigerate.

For the Leeks:

Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the leeks and sweat until soft, about 4 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Keep warm on the side.

For the Sauce:

Heat the oil in a pot over high heat. Add the preserved sea bass bones, shallots, mushrooms and thyme sprigs, and roast for 8 to 10 minutes while stirring often. Add the chicken stock, bring to a boil and cook until completely reduced.

Add Pinot Noir, bring to a boil and reduce by half. Remove and discard the fish bones with a mesh skimmer. Reduce the sauce to 2 tablespoons. Add heavy cream, stir and bring to a boil over low heat. Whip in butter, sugar, and salt and pepper to taste. Strain the sauce with a fine mesh strainer, and keep warm on the side. (If the sauce is too thick, add a little water to thin it.)

To cook the paupiette of sea bass, preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in a large nonstick pan over high heat. Add the paupiettes of sea bass, and sauté until golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes on each side. If the fish is very thick, finish cooking in the oven for 4 to 5 minutes.

Presentation

Place a bed of leeks in the middle of 4 warm serving plates, and ladle the sauce around the leeks (about 2 tablespoons per plate). Place a paupiette of sea bass on top of the leeks, and garnish with 1/2 sprig of thyme. Sprinkle the plate with the minced chives.

Tip # 1 Be Strict With Your Guests’ Attendance.

State it clearly on your invites that RSVPs are required and not responding by a certain deadline means they are not “in”. Once you get the required number of guests and confirm them, close your invites. Don’t confirm anyone else. As the organiser, you will get the usual “Can I still come?” routine and your tendency is to please your guests but when you organise a party on a yacht – you just can’t.

Unlike hosting in a hotel – there is simply “no space”.

Tip # 2 Go “Yacht Hopping” Before You Settle On The One

Just like you would “venue visit” when you organise an event. Organising an event on a yacht requires you to do the same except that you are doing this on water! Know your guests – are they cosy with each other? Will they enjoy “squeezing” or do they prefer slightly large spaces? What sorts of activities will you be organising on the yachts? Will you want to cruise? What are their charter fees? All these will help you decide which yacht to eventually choose.

Tip # 3 Know What You Are Getting With The Charter Fees

Really scrutinise the yachts for space constraints, what they allowed you to do or not to do on the yachts, and what goes with the charter fees e.g some yachts come with a fully equipped kitchen and some don’t. Some yachts do not include a generator when cruising – so there is no electricity and you may have to bring your own battery operated equipments when cruising.

Some yachts do not allow you to bring your food or may charge you a “loading fee” if you do. Some yachts have a barbeque pit on board and some don’t. So get to know the details and really know what you are getting with the charter fees so that there are no surprises later.

Tip # 4 Ensure Enough Food For Your Guests!

When you organise a party on a yacht, ensure that you order or stock up enough food and drinks for your guests. Remember, once you set sail, there is no way to get supplies! Some yachts provide a full dining experience with a chef on board, so you do not have to worry about lack of food – you just pay them:)

If however you are getting your own caterer make sure that you plan your meals well. If you plan to BBQ on board, ensure that all your meat and seafood are marinated in advance. Good to hire someone to barbeque for you when your guests are being entertained! Have light snacks, or finger foods as appetizer before you set sail and have staple foods like rice, pasta, baked potatoes – trust me, you get hungrier fast when you are out there cruising:)

Tip # 5 Have Music, Will Travel!

Not all yachts come equipped with fantastic sound systems or piped-in music. So you may need to bring your own boom box or an ipod with speakers and a good music collection. Its nice to have music playing in the background when your guests step on the yacht. So ensure the ambience on the yacht is well taken care of with good music. Or if you have a big budget – hire live jazz musicians to play on the yacht!

Tip # 6 Be Clear With Your Itinerary

When you charter a yacht, it goes by a minimum of 4 hours charter depending on the yacht charter company. Discuss with the yacht representative on what you can do within the 4 hours. There are many things you can do when you organise a yacht party – there is the dinner cruise -you can catch the Musical Fountain or Songs From The Sea and the fireworks at Sentosa from the open sea. Or you can opt for a cruise to the southern seas where they can take you to BBQ on one of the islands. Or you can just party on the yacht at the berth and not cruise. Whichever way you choose, be clear with them on what your plans are, so that they can arrange with the skipper or the yacht’s captain prior to your event.

Tip # 7 Be Prepared For Anything!

When you organise any event, contingency plans are the norm. The same goes for organising a yacht party. For example, some of your guests may be prone to sea sickness – yes! it does happen. So make sure you have seasick pills – or pre-warn your guests to have them before getting on board. Be prepared for wet weather – in case it rains heavily, the skipper may choose not to cruise as the water is choppy so make sure that even if the yacht docked at the berth, that the yacht is big enough and the guests will still have a good time on the yacht with good food and good music. Make sure you have ice boxes filled with ice, in case the refrigerator do not work when cruising and you still need to chill your drinks. Or there could be power failure when you have a night cruise – so get ready those torches and spare batteries! In short – be prepared for anything:)
