If you are a first time sailor you might be wandering what to take with you on board. Here is a detailed list of items you may need during sailing, i.e., items that may come handy in time of need. However, most suggested items are of personal nature. We consider it our duty to point them out to you but the final decision rests with you.
For those of you that are experienced sailors this will be a good reminder and check list, so you will take everything you need with you.
To start, if possible, take soft luggage or duffel bags instead of suitcases, since they do not take up as much space on board as suitcases, and they’re easier to put aside.
